Every month we physically experience 4 shifts: Menstrual, Follicular, Ovulatory & Luteal, these phases operate from different signatures in a neurological, psychological, physiological level. We need to support the needs of each phase in order to best nourish our global health. We can live through a four different set of actions that aligns with our natural cyclic rhythm. With professional guidance and personal effort, it's possible to apply intentional changes that allow us to feel good in our bodies.
