The centerpiece of our global health is our Ovulatory Hormone Cycle as it is interconnected with all of our physiological systems in our bodies. Thanks to this center piece, every month we physically go through 4 different phases: Menstrual, Follicular, Ovulatory & Luteal. Each of these phases operates from unique needs in a neurological, psychological and physiological level.
When we lack understanding and attention about this subject, we feel disconnected from our bodies, we experience chronic stress, we are emotionally dysregulated and we feel overall unhealthy. This is not our personal fault—we are immersed in systems that often fail to support and honor our natural rhythms. This topic hasn't been a priority for medical and clinical research and treatments focus on only treating the symptoms rather than invest in research and education to offer practices that allow us to nourish our global health the right way. Today, this is slowly changing thanks to professionals that invest their time and energy on doing research for this subject.
The type of changes that we do in our lifestyle, need to be align with our cycle rhythm. We need to support each phase needs in order to best nourish our global health. With professional guidance and your personal effort, it's possible to apply intentional practices that will allow you to feel less disconnected, stressed and unpleasant.
This was a rigorous, masters-level training in feminine biology for professionals who work with and support women. In this program I learned about women's unique physiology, the cyclic nature of feminine biology, and how to truly support women in through all four phases of their monthly cycle and across lifecycles.
