The Ovulatory Hormone Cycle is the center piece of our Female Biological Rhythm. This centerpiece sets the pace for our global biological functions: i.e. Central Nervous System, Muscle Skeletal System, Metabolic System, etc. These functions are modulated by the Estrogen and Progesterone hormones that ebb and flow across a month repeating cycle of 28 ish days that has 4 different shifting phases: Menstrual Phase, Follicular Phase, Ovulatory Phase & Luteal Phase, in that order. Each of these phases have their own neurological, psychological and physiological signatures that require a unique set of care.
As your coach I will support you in nourishing the intentional care your body needs. I will teach you the practices that will allow you to attend your global health the right way. These intentional practices will make you feel less stressed, less disconnected from your body and more in tune with what keeps you healthy. Ultimately with my professional guidance and your personal effort, we will align your actions with where you are in your cycle to help you stay in balance and feel your best.

This was a rigorous, masters-level training in feminine biology for professionals who work with and support women. In this program I learned about women's unique physiology, the cyclic nature of feminine biology, and how to truly support women in through all four phases of their monthly cycle and across lifecycles.
