As an experience curator, in my consultations, female guild and workshops,
I promote mindful awareness on the quality of the personal and social web we each live on everyday.
Aiming to explore, repair and positively weave forward, we can attend the opportunity of bringing intentional care to it.
This web we operate from, holds a kaleidoscope of personal and shared feelings, beliefs, tendencies, context, interpretations, social and political currents that we can choose to explore through non-judgmental movements of curiosity, creativity, courage and play.
I value the expression of emotions, symbolic representations and belief systems through active listening, recognition, validation, nervous system regulation techniques, grounding mindfulness, compassionate care and body-mind connection.
