Welcome to my website! I appreciate your interest in what I do :-) ♡
As cyclical beings, how can we bring more integration, support and honor to our biorhythm needs?
Each of us have a unique experience with the ebbs & flows of our cycle.
The lack of knowledge and attention to it can cause disconnection with our bodies, stress and emotional dysregulation. Is not our personal fault. We are immerse in a system that doesn't support our natural rhythms.
Educating ourselves about our rhythm impact in a Psychological, Physiological and Sociological level can help us integrate our experiences and being able to apply directed changes to our lives.

The kaleidoscope of possibilities that this world can offer through its art, nature, teachings and interconnectedness has helped me understand the importance of considering multiple factors that shape us integrally. There is a foundational interconnection on psychological, biological, societal, political, environmental, metaphysical, spiritual, and natural levels that is influencing the live we are living now.
This integrated view helps me maintain a neutral and broader perspective when working with clients. As I continue to grow and learn from this perspective, it enables me to offer clients a comprehensive understanding that can meet parts of their needs.
I've developed a profound appreciation with the integration of the Arts, Nature, Psychology and Community.
Aiming to live a life guided by values and connection with the present moment will take me to moments that allow me to understand the integration of these dimensions.
Being in and with nature will hold me in such an unforgettable way that can hold space for internal and external connection, exploration and learning. It takes me to practice stretching, meditation, breathing techniques, photography, writing, dancing and drawing.
Art has allowed me to uniquely understand my experiences in a particular and generous way.
These passion integrated will guide my path, leading me to pursue psychology as a career and earn a degree in 2018 as a Clinical Psychologist in Ecuador.
While studying this passion, I discovered the world of art and nature therapy. When I graduated, I began to integrate my passions in my country by offering therapy sessions and workshops combined with artistic techniques in natural spaces.
Fostering connection and collaboration with the purpose of community building feels like a special reciprocated gift for us social beings. Through these experiences, I discovered my intuitive leadership and entrepreneurial inclination.
While exploring various artistic endeavors I eventually became a self-taught artist. Offering professional photography services. Creating music videos, making paper and turning them into cards with pressed flower art, playing with experimental and natural photography, crafting, painting and eco art. Which are skills that I'm able to share and teach with the community.
As the attention in scientific clinical and medical research keeps growing for us womb carriers (and only goes forwards hopefully) I'm deeply moved by keep learning more about my health as a woman and help other womb carriers around me. Understanding more about how having a womb impacts various aspects of our life feels like a significant advancement for anyone who carries one or that cares about those who do. I've been able to make personal changes and noticed a significant difference in my mood, comfort, and connection with my body. I feel inspired and passionate about sharing this knowledge that needs to be more widely known and integrate it in my practice.
